September Discussion Group - Managing Up

Kristin Lewis, Director of Pre-College Programs at Central College will be leading a conversation surrounding “Managing Up” about navigating promotions, operating as a middle manager, and much more. Kristin oversees Central’s Talent Search, Upward Bound I and Upward Bound II. Each year, these TRIO programs provide tutoring, counseling, mentoring, financial guidance and access to college education to more than 1,000 participating students. She has nearly eight years of previous experience with the college’s TRIO Talent Search program. Kristin has moved up through the Central College Pre-College TRIO Programs very thoughtfully. Her colleagues and team respect her for her sincere and authentic leadership.
