As part of YNPN National’s strategic goals, we have made a commitment to understand, track and analyze the demographic and related characteristics of our members and leadership to inform our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) priorities.'

YNPN Des Moines is committed to broadening the participation of groups currently underrepresented in the nonprofit sector. In order to accurately gauge progress in achieving this important goal, we ask that members and attendees provide the requested demographic information about themselves as part of registration.

The information you provide below will be shared with YNPN Des Moines leadership and YNPN National. This data is to not only understand our membership, but also to contribute to an important conversation about representation and leadership development in the nonprofit sector.
